Fees & Referrals

Counselling Fees

Initial assessment and service linkage is free of charge.  Further interventions such as counselling and clinical case management is chargeable.

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

​

  1. Initial Assessment:

    • The first session, aimed at assessment, is free of charge and applicable only for clients new to O’Joy.

    • During this session, the counsellor will determine the counselling fees of subsequent session.

  2. Counselling Fees:

    • For individuals on Public Assistance or Financial Assistance, and holders of PG, MG, Blue CHAS, or Orange CHAS cards living in HDB, the counselling fee ranges from $0 to $50 per session.

    • If you do not hold the mentioned cards, the counselling fee ranges from $20 to $180 per session.

  3. Subsidies are available based on financial situations.

  4. After Office Hours Surcharge

    • An additional surcharge of $10 to $20 applies for appointments outside office hours.

    • Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.

Non-Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • The counselling fee for all sessions, including the first session, is a fixed $200 per session.

Payment methods

The counselling fee is collected at the end of each session. Payments can be made via PayNow, cash or cheque.

Cancellation and Missed session policy (for centre-based sessions only)

As your appointment time has been exclusively reserved for you, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend. The full session fee will be charged in the event of insufficient notice. Additionally, if you arrive late for your session, we must conclude at the originally scheduled time. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
